Dr. Watson is the Founder and CEO of BLAAZE, Inc. He is a results-oriented Higher Education Change Agent that focuses on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging experienced in driving the DEIB strategy, action plan, and assessment, while serving as an advisor and influential strategist
He has proven to conceptualize, develop, implement, measure, and evaluate cohesive DEIA initiatives, and he is dedicated to ensuring DEIA is centered in complete talent management cycles and practices
